PRICING: OVERVIEW

Pricing is the trickiest part our industry and we get many questions about it. The foundation below is how all pricing is formulated. We usually give you the price upfront to protect you and it builds in a guarantee for each customer.

 General Metal/Slate/Coated Materials:

Generally speaking, the metal laser engraving costs are $1.25 per minute or $75 per hour laser hour with a 20 minute minimum for all projects.

Artwork is billed at $55 per hour but the minimum artwork fee is $20 for anything under 60 minutes. Yes, even if its 59 minutes and 59 seconds. (We have had someone ask that before.)

Having said that, every customer is not the same and the flat rate pricing we offer is limited.

For example, for a 1911 Full cover deep engraving the base price starts at $550. That is the flat artwork fee to design, create, and output the files. When we take the gun in for engraving that fee is paid upfront we start the process and unless there are drastic changes made to the design that price is final. Once the design is complete we call the customer and let them know the price of the engraving. If they decline the engraving, the customer picks the firearm up with the artwork because they paid for it.

For simpler, projects we have two (2) flat rate prices.

• General artwork fee: $20 | $0 for text only | $0 IDX Art
• General engraving fee: $25

This means that most projects, large or small, start at $25.

Wood:

Generally speaking, the wood laser engraving costs are $1.05 per square inch with a $10 minimum for all projects.

Artwork is billed at $55 per hour but the minimum artwork fee and setup fee is $25 for anything under 60 minutes. Yes, even if its 59 minutes and 59 seconds.

For simpler, projects we have two (2) flat rate prices.

• General engraving fee: $10 minimum
